10. Grievance & Reporting Concerns

If you experience a problem at work, whether related to harassment, unfair treatment, or other concerns, you may report it to:

  1. Your Manager
  2. HR contact (Fractional HR POC)
  3. A Managing Partner
  4. Head of Agency Operations

You can also reach out to Ulliance, FMK’s HR partner, for confidential support and access to employee assistance programs (EAP) and other helpful HR resources.

We encourage open communication and will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith.
