11. Innovation, Contribution & Team Support

We succeed when we show up for one another. Every employee is encouraged to:

  • Share ideas for improving processes, tools, and client delivery.
  • Contribute to team innovation, whether through experiments, new approaches, or lessons learned.
  • Offer support to teammates by documenting knowledge, lending expertise, or simply being available.
  • Respect boundaries. Helping each other doesn’t mean overstepping roles, but it does mean collaborating generously.

We recognize and value contributions that make the agency better for clients and for each other.
