13. Use Of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

AI tools are powerful and evolving rapidly. At FMK, we use them to augment our work, not replace our judgment.

Appropriate Use

  • AI may be used for brainstorming, drafts, research, content summarization, and efficiency.
  • AI output must be reviewed critically for accuracy, bias, and brand alignment.
  • Do not input confidential or sensitive client data into AI tools unless approved and secure.

Confidentiality & IP

  • All AI-assisted work must be checked for compliance with client confidentiality and intellectual property rights.
  • Vendors and tools must be vetted for security and data practices before agency-wide adoption.

Bias & Ethics

  • AI outputs may contain bias. Employees should watch for and correct these issues.
  • Transparency is expected: if AI significantly shaped work, inform your manager.

Learning & Sharing

  • Share useful AI tools or findings with the team.
  • Use AI as a complement, not a substitute, for your expertise and creative judgment.
