13. Use Of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
AI tools are powerful and evolving rapidly. At FMK, we use them to augment our work, not replace our judgment.
Appropriate Use
- AI may be used for brainstorming, drafts, research, content summarization, and efficiency.
- AI output must be reviewed critically for accuracy, bias, and brand alignment.
- Do not input confidential or sensitive client data into AI tools unless approved and secure.
Confidentiality & IP
- All AI-assisted work must be checked for compliance with client confidentiality and intellectual property rights.
- Vendors and tools must be vetted for security and data practices before agency-wide adoption.
Bias & Ethics
- AI outputs may contain bias. Employees should watch for and correct these issues.
- Transparency is expected: if AI significantly shaped work, inform your manager.
Learning & Sharing
- Share useful AI tools or findings with the team.
- Use AI as a complement, not a substitute, for your expertise and creative judgment.
